Just this week, I noticed the post “GxP Versus Non-GxP” had an unusually high number of readers. With Autumn quickly approaching, I will guess that people are starting to think about new projects and, with that, compliance issues.
As I often tell my customers, I’m not a regulatory consultant. With that said, I do take some interest in regulatory matters. This particular piece of news caught my eye, yesterday: “Feds May Pull Theranos Lab Licenses, Ban Founder Elizabeth Holmes.” This company allegedly recorded that they used different instruments than what were actually used.
The Gulf Coast Conference has posted their program and I see that there will be a presentation on how to be GHS (Globally Harmonized System) compliant by 2016.
