More on Tough Customers

Yesterday, I wrote about a customer so tough, they expected just so much more from me than most customers do -- singing, dancing, looking happy (hard for us crusty consultants to do!).
And then, when I thought they couldn't come up with anything more to stretch my capabilities with, yesterday, the boss came in and asked if I know how to draw. So, let's see what else they can come up with.
