Trying to Understand Each Other

Yesterday, I posted a link to a newsletter article I published in July that became the most commented-on article I’ve posted, all year:

To top it off, the last newsletter article, August’s “Trying to Understand Each Other” also got quite a number of comments. It’s an article where, as I occasionally like to do, points out that it’s in everyone’s best interest to try harder to communicate better with others in the industry, not just the responsibility of the software vendors, as some might claim:
